Default Pyro 600-09 and Jive 100 LV…LOGO?

I have a Pyro 600-09 and Jive 100 LV left over from a HD Cell 500 project. Are there any LOGOs that might be suitable? I don't want a 3D monsters as I'm more of a sport/big air type flyer.

@Lompma, you went with the Pyro 600-11, right? Does it give good speed range with Jive governor? I am getting ready to order the motor, so am wondering which one is better: the Pyro 600-09 or Pyro 600-11 ?

thanks

So, from the above, it would appear that the optimal performance would be achieved with a Pyro 600-11 on mod 0.7 17T or 18T pinion; Pyro 600-09 on mod 1, 14T or 15T pinion; Pyro 600-11 on mod 1, 12T or 13T pinion.

Looks like Pyro 600-11 is a good choice and mod 1, 12T or 13T are optimal pinions? Please double check my calculations and post your experiences. The manual states to not exceed 2500 RPM, so that should be the max governed + overhead head speed.

To the OP, I apologize for hijacking your thread .

I wanted to post the following info on Kontronik Jive governor that is useful for calculating throttle % vs PWM % :

https://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=480502

so, e.g. 80% throttle, means 50% + (80/2) = 90% PWM, with 10% overhead, I guess.

I really like this motor paired with the Kontronik esc. It's like bread with butter they just go together. I have found myself lowering the HS down to 2200 and being very happy with it.

@Lompma, what pinion are you running with your Pyro 600-11 / Kontronik 100LV ESC ?
