Yes, they're the 900kv t-motors. I haven't used the dji motors, want right to these so I can't compare. I can tell you that these motors with 9" graupners and 4s battery makes the quad an absolute rocket ship!!

No, haven't touched the dji esc's.

I started with this one to see if it would fly . well i had such good success that i am building a U.F.O
the best part is the U.F.O can be flown in tight spots , it will bounce off the walls

Just got one!!

Got my DX8 all set up with it.. Took it outside under my porch light to test fly.. All systems go!! Will be waking up a bit early tomorrow morning to try it out!

Its CF vinyl. ....thin as scotch tape. EBay has rolls of the stuff. Doesn't affect reception
