Default Lost a Lynx tail blade

Talk about exciting. One tail blade let go. The plastic right around the hole.

Ripped the tail shaft right out of the tail case.

Good thing I had just taken off and was hovering a foot off the ground. Flying I could have lost control.

Bummer...

Looks previously damaged to me. There's damage marks going across the blade right outside of the circle where it is mounted. That would be a spot where it would very likely get damaged if the blades struck something and I can't imagine that happening after a blade has been thrown loose. When main or tail blades on these smaller helis come loose they usually just spin and practically float down. Be sure to check for damage very carefully after a crash and be extra cautious when flying a heli after one. Keep extra distance between people and the heli

I had a similar issue with a lynx main blade..my fault not theirs. It was about five degrees out when it happened. Cold makes them very brittle..awesome blades nontheless[emoji106]
