Great stuff Bob. Thanks.

BTW, the servo you don`t know from the manual is the european version of the 3400G, just with metal gear.
"DS3405 - Torque: 2.8kg cm - Speed: 0.13S/60° - Weight: 30g - Aluminum gear Ideal Tail Servo for Mini Titan and T-Rex 450 (Digital high speed)"

Thank you Bob!
The DS3405 is similar to the DS3400 but it has less torque and metal gears.

DS3405 Digital
Dimensions: 0.58" x 1.30" x 1.04" [15 x 33 x 26.5 mm]
Weight: 1.04 oz [30 g]
Torque: 29 oz/in @ 4.8v [2.8 kg/cm]
Speed: 0.13s/60° @ 4.8v
Gears: Metal

DS3400G Digital
Dimensions: 0.58" x 1.30" x 1.02" [15 x 33 x 26 mm]
Weight: 1.04 oz [30 g]
Torque: 42 oz/in @ 4.8V, 51 oz/in @ 6V [3 kg/cm, 3.7 kg/cm]
Speed: 0.11 sec/60° @ 4.8v, 0.09 sec/60° @ 6v
Gears: Nylon

Well having a few 3400G's I will say the output gear is metal the rest are nylon. At least that is how mine came....

So, is this a little less metal, and more plastic than originally expected/seen in the head?

EDIT: I guess the key for me is forthcoming: metal blade grips?

No actually it's the same as I recall except Andy did have CNC seesaw arms as they were still testing ball distances. Other than that it what I remember him saying in my video....

I am sure Align will come out with CNC arms and seesaw. The rest is all metal!

I re-watched it, and it appears that it had both pairs of arms as metal. So, you're right For some reason I had it in my head that the seesaw in it was metal.

Thanks for the videos!
