Default Manual suggested linkage length not correct

Hello everyone I have build my Logo 600 sx V2 last weekend but if I follow the manual and set the linkages as they say in the manual I totally have no 0° pitch at 90° of my servo horn. But must i change first the one from the servo to the swash or the one from the swash to the blade grip?

I think the one from the servo to the swash plate because if you do the other ones you have 0° at 90° servo arm but those mechanical little corners see my picture are then not 90° and I think that they also must met 90° at 90° servo arm or not?

And why is the manual so much wrong ?!

I think you will get more accurate responses if you post in the Mikado forum.

When it comes to linkage lengths, manuals are in many cases offering a rough estimate and you have to find what works for your heli. The washout arms ideally should be 90degrees but it doesn't matter as much. What you can do is adjust the length of the servo-to-swashplate linkages until these washout arms are at 90 degrees and then if you need to adjust any further to get 0degrees to the blades, then you start adjusting the swashplate-to-grip linkages.

Now in your case, something is mechanically off and there is a mistake in your build more than likely. Please try to post on the Mikado forum and check the manual again to verify that everything is assembled correctly.

1.) Please proofread your posts! Thank you for posting pictures. Without those, I would have had no idea what you were trying to say.

2.) I would check that your main shaft is installed correctly, and that you're using the right main shaft. It looks to me that it is too long, which would cause everything that you are seeing.

Hello

Yes sorry my English is not very good ! But the wrong main shaft in the kit ?! The deference between the main shafts from de 600sx and se is 1cm that's maybe the problem but the wrong shaft in a kit that's unprofessional! !!

Look pretty long that shaft that's right

Ahh, I understand. Please forgive my presumption!

You're right, it is unprofessional, but mistakes do happen. Ask about it in the Mikado forum, and if it is the wrong main shaft, then I'm sure Mikado will fix it for you.
