Default trex.800e. dfc. pro.

Have a 800 with about 12 flights on it, been reading about the 815 servos the ones on mine don't have any numbers on them and from what I have read could be a problem. No problems so far but really have me worried because the 800 is really expensive to repair and don't want a servo to go out. Anyone read about this, a lot has been posted on the 700l.top dominator but nothing on the 800 and they use the same servos.

Change them out, sell them. Why take a chance if you're concerned. The heli is too nice to trash and too expensive to fix if you lose the frames its over. Check prices.

I used these servo's when I built my Logo 800, the tail servo was dead out of the box and the elevator servo went crazy on its second flight.

Neither the original or the two replacement servo's had the serial numbers on them but after 200 flights they are all good.

I think it's a bit of a lottery, Align adding these numbers is a new thing so there will be a lot of servo's out there that are fine and don't have the numbers just like my replacement ones didn't.

It has been mentioned that if you do a lot of bench testing and they don't fail you should be ok, others have said to send them back to Align for testing.

I also have them on a 800 pro (also without numbers) with zero issues after many flights.

For me I'm happy with them numbers or not.
