Default 800e Pro DFC - Wobble @ middle RPM (1750)

Hi Guys,

I need some help!
Can't explain it... my 800e DFC got a wobble @ 1750RPM
recently.
It was flying just perfect more than 50 flights ...
No Crash, no tip over - just started to wobble. The lower and higher HS is fine.

Changed the dampeners and checked all screws and wires. Checked the blades not beeing to tight.

Total stock kit with GPro FBL (love it on this machine)

I'm getting mad

Any idea what to check?

Thanks!

Try lowering the head gain.

Possibly it was right on the cusp of oscillation before, and some tiny change elsewhere such as natural bedding in of components has just pushed it over the edge?

It's worth trying because it's quick, easy and it costs nothing. If it doesn't help at least you have eliminated that possibility.

Also worth checking for wear in ball links etc, especially the ball joints at the bottom of the DFC links which can wear pretty quick on the Align DFC head.

so.. the story is over
checked and exchanged some parts and links.
changed cyclic gain's
problem was still there.

changed HS from 1700 to 1725 and the problem is gone. Don't ask me why... it was perfect at 1700 since nearly 70 flights...

also changed my idle 3 HS from 1900 to 1975... wroooooooooooaaaaarrrr ... just more 800e awesomeness
