A battery with a C-rating of less than 35C will have a short service life. It will most likely wear out and puff-up quicker than a battery with a higher C-rating.

If you "baby" a battery with a low C-rating (do not fly hard and no hard 3D), it will last longer, but it will still wear out quicker than a battery with a rating of 35C or higher.

The mAh (capacity) is not as important.
This rating determines the length of the flight (how long it will fly).
Lower capacity (3300mAh, 2800mAh) will fly shorter times, but are lighter.
A lighter battery pack helps "off set" the lower capacity (lighter batteries make for a lighter helicopter. And, a lighter helicopter requires less power to fly).

The problem with a lower capacity battery is that you may forget that it will have shorter flight times and run the battery down to below the magic "20%" point. If you do that a couple of times, the battery will quickly wear out and puff-up.

My recommendation is 3300mAh (+/- 10%) and a C-rating of 35C (minimum).
I would not recommend a battery with a capacity higher than 4000mAh or a C-rating less than 35C.
This give you many options.
There is no "gold standard" (perfect) battery in terms of capacity nor C-rating for a 600

Ah man thanks for your time clearing things up for me.
I will go with HK batteries because it easier for my wallet. So these are good?

Obviously, they fit the technical requirements.
I have never used them, so I cannot comment on their "good / bad" quality.
Most people will buy batteries and if they turn out to be "not good", they buy different batteries next time.

You will have to solder a connector to them - I use the EC5.
I would not recommend the "Deans" connector on these larger packs.
But, it needs to mate to the connector on your ESC.

And, if you plan to fly 12S, then you will need the "Y connector" to connect 2 6S packs together to form a 1 12s pack. If you are using EC5, then you can easily find one online.
