Fury 55 torque tube?
Is it possible to get a torque tube kit for the Fury 55?
As an alternative, is there a carbon fiber tail boom available? I just want to avoid re-adjusting the belt tension when it gets cold. |

Theres not much point to a torqtube on the 55, the belt is super slick and dosn't sap any power.
I've never adjusted mine since day 1 in jan last year, all summer it was super tight and all this winter it's been fine with no adjustment. Just make sure you set it bow string tight. Regards Joe

Miniature Aircraft USA feels that the "50" size models are better suited to a belt tail drive for a few reasons, namely cost, and simplicity.

I am not a huge TT fan anyways, belts are so much more forgiving and honestly, I cannot tell the difference if the belt is tensioned properly. Not to mention they are considerably cheaper if you crash!!!!!
