Default Ultimate servos

What would be the latest and greatest Futaba servos to compliment a CGY 750? Building my new Trex 800 DFC Pro and thinking about making this my flagship in the fleet.
Fwiw, I'm running a 14SG Tx.

I would think that the new S-Bus line would be latest / greatest ;

Same specs for 274 and 276. Although 274 is listed as a tail servo.

276 has metal gears and metal center case if that is of any value to you.

IMHO you don't need metal gears for a tail servo.

274 vs 276 . Puls with. 276 is narrow puls and perfect for the cgy750.
Cyclic . 273SV and 275sv are exactly the same servo. Only that the 275 has mettal upper case. That's it.
I run the 273sv-276sv-cgy 750 combo in my 770 and super happy about it.

Tail: BLS 276SV http://futaba-rc.com/servos/specs-li...-futm0148.html
Cyclic BLS 272SV http://futaba-rc.com/servos/specs-li...-futm0145.html
I have these on my e700 and a goblin 700. work great with the CGY-750.

If you want stronger servos @211oz/in they do have the BLS275SV, but the $$$ hurts the wallet. http://futaba-rc.com/servos/specs-li...-futm0144.html

Cool I wasnt aware of the metal gears I just bought the 276 because it was a little bit more expensive and thought it must be the better one lol.

Out of curiosity (not wanting to get flamed) what makes the 272SV so great? By the specs they do not seem to have the torque of a lot of other modern servos that cost less. I really want to buy them, but looking for an excuse to!

The 276 dosent have all metal gears its the same as the 256/251 gear wise.Metal hub and the rest plastic for quiet smooth operation.

"By the specs they do not seem to have the torque of a lot of other modern servos that cost less."

Do you buy cars by pound-horsepower per dollar ?

Does the CGY750 drive S.Bus(2) servos then, or does it use PWM signalling in all case (as I thought to be the case)?

PWM has a higher frame rate than S.Bus and so would be superior I believe.
