Does this part come with the mushroom gear or is it sold separately?
If so what is the part number?

No it does not come with the gear or the bearings.

The gear part number is 320-218

The bearings are 108-124 there are two.

Same page I have didn't and still don't see 320-218 part though! Thanks for clearing that up.

Guiwee, Matt has updated the manual to include that missing part number. You can download the updated version from the Synergy website.
