Default Jeti DS-14/16 setup

Hey guys I have been reading and searching and have not found much. The Jeti transmitter when plugged into a PC goes into USB mode and appears as a joystick on the PC. My understanding is that this should work with NEXT, but I cannot get the transmitter to calibrate. Any one with a Jeti using Next can help me out. I can see movement in the control monitor screen but it will not calibrate

So you do see movement of the sliders in the transmitter calibration screen, but it doesn't take the calibration? Do you see that movement in all four (actually 5) main channels - throttle/pitch, rudder, aileron and elevator?
Make sure your curves in the transmitter are linear, no dual rates, no expo, and your servo end points (travel adjust, or whatever it's called on your radio) are at 100 percent.

I can see movement on some sliders but not all the required ones and then it doesnt calibrate. When the Jeti is plugged in via USB you do not have any model settings it just says USB mode on the Jeti Screen. So I guess another question would be does the Jeti actually use whatever model that is selected prior to plugging in the USB?

Just try it - create a new model with linear curves and no swash mixing, and see what happens. It's also possible that your cable does not transmit all the necessary channels. I had that problem when I tried to get neXt to work with a Walkera transmitter; I finally gave up. I only tried the Walkera because I had no other use for it, and didn't want to use my regular DX6i radio all the time.

Old post, but I searched for a solution to this today and came up with this. So posting this in case someone else searches for a solution.

I used the hobbyking Wireless 9 in1 Simulator Adapter and a R7.
