Default Heli is setup perfect - now switching to a new TX

Heli and BD are set up perfect. Upgrading from DX8 to DX9. Copied all the settings from DX8 to DX9. Besides binding to the new TX, do I have to go through the whole wizard, or can I skip some pages?
Thanks much - I love this FBL!

You need to at least check all the bar movements on the Diagnose tab. It is possible some directions will be different and also possible that the travels need to be reset for +-100 on the bars.

Having a DX9 now, you will be able to do the CR/SL mixes described in the DX18 sticky and the lengthy DX9 thread. You can also add the mixes to disable cyclic during CR (which a lot of people like). They are also in the DX9 thread around page 2.

Bound the BD to the new DX9, no problems! Directions were all the same but, as you suggested, TX stick movements were all 1% off in one direction (100% movement one direction, 99% other direction). Took around 15 minutes to go through the whole wizard, up to the Mixer page.
Thanks again for the info!

well 1% is not going to kill anything but it is critical that you recheck everything when you make a major change. Its more or less common sense. I recently changed my 550 from "sats only" to "full RX" and the travels all needed to be changed quite a bit: from +-100 to more like +-128. The directions were all ok, just like yours.
