Default JETI Receivers get FCC Approval

Great News! I was alerted today that a series of Jeti Duplex Receivers have been approved by the FCC .

They include the following:
Jeti Duplex EX R11 EPC 2.4GHz Receiver w/Telemetry - full range
Jeti Duplex EX R9 2.4GHz Receiver w/Telemetry - full range
Jeti Duplex EX R7 2.4GHz Receiver w/Telemetry - full range
Jeti Duplex EX R6 2.4GHz Receiver w/Telemetry - full range

There are other receivers that have been submitted for approval for later use including the Jeti Duplex EX R5 2.4GHz Mini Receiver w/Telemetry that can be used with PPM output in our helicopters. Approval is expected soon.

I recommend getting 7 channel full range receivers for helicopter use in single cable PPM mode. All 16 channels are fed through the single cable PPM signal regardless of whether it is a 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 14 or 18 channel receiver. If you don't use PPM then make sure you purchase a receiver that outputs the number of channels you want to use.

All receivers will be on www.circlecityhelis.com by end of day Tuesday, 11 December. There will be a delay of a couple of days shipping for those that want to use single cable PPM output as a new firmware update needs to be applied so you can selectively configure the receiver any way you want to use it.

If you want the special introductory price on a system, please order today as there are a limited number of systems available at the special price that includes a 9 channel receiver. Once the introductory allotment is gone the price increases to $1,295.00 with no receiver.

Lou

Fantastic!

Do you have any guesses on when you think the DS-16's will be approved?

Has Jeti started producing the DS-16's in any volume in anticipation of this?

Default All Receivers are now on the website for ordering

The title says it all. The FCC approved receivers are now available at www.circlecityhelis.com

I do not have any additional information on the DS-16 at this time.

Do the receivers come with a cable that plugs into a satellite plug on a FBL controller?
Or do you sell that separately?

Something like this does for S.Bus?

When using a single cable PPM output from the Jeti receiver you need a female to female plug that is inserted into the IO/B port of the SKOOKUM. I do not know how it connects to Vbar. I believe you should have a spare that came with the Skookum.

Whoops! I need to read the manual before making assumptions.

So this is probably just a servo to servo connection then. It appears that I just need to configure the SAT connection on the Jeti receiver to send PPM and then Connect Sk-720 IO/B to Jeti Receiver SAT.
