Sorry been sick as a dog this week... Here's some pics with the strap in place. Like I said earlier I did a little dremeling of the frame so the strap wraps around frame at the same angle as the tray. If you try it you'll see what I mean. The dremeling helps but is not absolutely necessary.

I dont have a dremel and I dont trust my dremel skills, so i wont dremel anything, but you thing at the front of the tray i put a strap, and just bit under the canopy spacer i put another strap will hold the thing fine?

You can still put the strap in the same place I have mine even without dremeling. I'm just a nitpick and wanted the strap flat all the way around, but it would still work either way. Just one good strap around the middle is suffecient as long as the bottom of the battery is velcro'd to the battery tray. My battery is in very snug and tight. It's virtually impossible for it to move or shift in any direction.

yep , works if you have the ESC under the tray also , Pinion is not an issue either since it's further back , closer to under the servo's...
