Default EcoPower 325mm main blades on Beam E4

I just switched from a perfectly good set of Tig 325 carbon fiber blades to these ( new to me)EcoPower 325 blades. They both measure the same length but the Tig weighed in at 25.6g and the EcoPower where 22.7 ea. same cord as well. The surprising thing was a rpm gain from the change and collective pop.I use my 4s batterys on my 6s heli for checking blade tracking or other checks before using my 6s batterys.I usaully get 2550 headspeed st1, with EcoPower blades the headspeed went to 2900 with enough pop to do light 3d.Tried the 6s battery and where the Tig blades gave me 3200 headspeed the EcoPower where at 3500 st1.There balance was perfect and
my Robird gyro vib log was very low on vibs at 3500.I haven't punished them yet but they feel very responsive.Any of you guys tryed these blades?Amain hobbies house brand Ecopower 325mm carbon blades.Color matchs pretty good to the Beam red Canopy.

After 8 flights I can say I really like the way these blades perform. There thicker than my other blades so I think there air foil is more efficient.Flights where more crisp but less forgiving.I left my headspeed at the higher level to check battery times compared to my previous blades and could get an extra mintue of flight time or after 5 mintues of fast circuits and big loops and I still had 3.85 left per cell compared to 3.75 previous blades.More flight time, less amp draw,Ive been using Hobbyking 3d and 3d pro carbon and Tig blades for awhile so this has been a big upgrade for me.

There it is, right at the bottom of the products page...
EcoPower is an A Main Hobbies brand

Very good, especially if they are good blades!

Stevemech,
Nope, not yet. Right now I am severely distracted by my new Blade babies: the Nano and the130X. For a 3axis FBL system built onto the main processor boards, these little helis are surprisingly stable. I like the 130X way more than the Nano. But I must say that the Nano is virtually indestructible. I bought these as I felt I needed practice with a sim but found these to be terrific training vehicles.

Thumbs up Very Good Products...EcoPower

If you like how the EcoPower 325mm Mains perform you'd really like how their EcoPower CF Tail Blades perform.

Currently, I'm using these EcoPower 62mm Tail Blades on all my 450s to include my BLADE 450X & 450 3D...tail performance is Solid. I definitely plan to purchase the EcoPower 70mm Tail Blades for my 500s.

EcoPower Products + Highly Competitive Low Price = my future purchases

Steve
I may try the Lynx 350s one day on my Mini Prôtos but I did just recently shell out the money for some of the Edge 353mm Mains; definitely not a cheap price.

However, it's Awesome news that they work great on the Beam E4 as well! I honestly tried 3 other brands before I settled on the EcoPower tail blades...Edge, Radix, & KBDD...none held the tail on my 450X better than the EcoPower 62mm Tail Blades. So I tried them on the rest of my 450s and presto, Excellent tail hold on half the price.

The only issue I ran into with fitment is on the Trex 450 Pro V2 tail grips. The root thickness was a bit thin for the grips so I had to fabricate some really thin shims to get the EcoPower tail blades to sit snuggly in the Align tail grips.
