Default trex700n fuel tank help

so tired of the dam plug leaking after a while. will the dfc tank fit? this is a v-1. in not, any other tank that will work?

You can put the DFC tank in it but you may want to put something on the inside of the frames to prevent it from moving back an forth as the raised part of the DFC is a little smaller. I believe a while ago Leon Luke used 2 large zip ties on the inside of the frames on each side to prevent it from moving side to side.

Had great results with Permatex Black RTV. Put in the gap of the rubber before inserting into tank. Then put nipple in etc. let cure overnight. Never had a leak. it is also best to keep your tank full so the rubber stays wet and expanded.

dfc tank worked great. used a lynx pick up, .a spot of silicon keeps the tank from sliding
