Got my reservations on this one..... But I made arrangments for a hotel anyway.

Looking forward to seeing the Hovering Hooligans (tm) again. What was the name of that barbecue spot we went to last year? That alone is going to be worth the trip. You ought to see about them catering saturday night before the night fly.

You guys have fun and be safe on the road to Bham, wish I could make it.

Steward,

Flew saturday at our private field with Scooter and Royce plus George Hamilton, one of the Fairfield Bay members. First time at our field that I wasn't the only rotorhead.
I tried to talk them into coming to Kennett but its the same weekend as the hydroplane races here on Greers Ferry so they won't miss that. Maybe this year you can make it to ours and we'll all hook up then.

It was a fun event (my first all heli fun-fly).

I just wish my piloting skills were good enough so I would have had the confidence to drag out my Rex and fly it (too many people were around and made too nervous to fly).

But i did get a couple of good pics of Gary breaking in his heli's new engine.

Rockin good time at the Bootheel as usual. Good to see Tnreefguy again, the offer for the fishing trip still stands.

Also I was SUPER impressed with Jamie (pumpkin) Robertson. He flew the snot out of that electric Xero-G and no doubt we'll be seeing and hearing alot from this extremely talented young man.

Thanks again Gary and the Kennett Krew for a great weekend. Marshal and Keith rocked on the saturday fish fry and I think I gained 10 lbs in between them and Strawberries.

Gary and the rest of the Bootheel gang throw one heck of a nice event. Thank you so much for the down home hospitality and friendship. Jamie and I had an awesome time and will certainly be back next year.

Brian, it was great sharing the channel 20 frequency with you. Thanks for being patient with us Sunday morning while we were working on our machine.

The father and son that was to our right in the pits were simply awesome. Doug and Doug I think loaned us a table and extension cord along with some tools Sunday. Can't tell you how much we appreciate what you did for us. Thank You!!

Thanks to Vince at Rich Mountain Hobbies for the food and letting Jamie fly your machine Sunday along with getting us some things we needed.

A special thank you to all those we came into contact with. We have allot of new friends now and look forward to seeing you in Springfield.

Thanks to Everyone!!! Hope to see some of you in Guthrie OK this weekend!!

Jim....

A GREAT BIG THANKS to all who made the trip we enjoyed having each and everyone of you.
We were really BLESSED with good weather.

Thanks to the sponsored pilots for helping out.
Ryan from Hirobo I know helped one of our local guys out with his EVO90.
I think our local guys even got to help out one of the JR sponsored Pilots in the Wilson Pits

Look for us to do this in the BOOTHEEL again in April next year.

GOD Bless

Gary Steward CD

This was a great event Gary, even better than last year. I opened up a few new moves for myself this year and in the adrenalin rush forgot to do a fuel check.....twice The Raven 50 tail kicked inverted, flipped it over, autoed down, she died when she landed, tank bone dry. Was flying my second inverted circuit with the 90, rolled out on the flyby, Said to Dennis G "sounds odd" about that time the engine quit, pointed away and down wind, autoed down about 100 yards out......dang, good thing I learned how to nail the autos last year, coming in very handy right now....
