I have the 4535 460 on my 800 and it's a pretty sweet setup on 14s. I like it. I want to try a pyro motor to compare as well lol

Have you guys compared these motors to the stock scorpion setup? I'd like a bit more power without going 14 s though

I suspect going anything higher powered than 4530 on 12S is a good way to burn out lipos unless you have a lot of self control, ie on setup and/or collective control. Even 4530's I stick to 14S.

I don't own a 700 size heli yet... so my experience is from my 800. I don't really have anything that shares batteries, but I know when I decide to build a 700 I think it will share my dual 7s packs from my 800 lol, power is awesome!

Ah I had not considered it eating my packs.

Default Pyro

I started with xnova 4530 on my goblin 770 then kde 505kv and they both couldnt deliver good enough power. Now i have pyro 800 48 comp series and it kicks the crap out of the other motors. It has more consistent power throughout flight, runs cooler and gives me 20 seconds longer flights. The pyro motor is on a very high level and then the rest of the motors are on a lower level. Yro is the best period
