Header tank
I have a used raptor 60, new to me. What does the header tank do on the right side of the frame do? What is its purpose?

Header tank is always full, meaning that when you go inverted, you wont be getting any air bubbles into your motor, causing your motor to shut down.

Anchorage House of Hobbies has Raptor parts and a great guy named Chuck that is familiar with Raptor helis. They have a good selection of parts and fuel.
Also Frontier Fun Flyers is a nice local AMA club that is friendly with helis, they have a nice field at Eklutna. I used to live in Anchorage about a year ago and flew heli's there. Have fun with it! |
