Default Trekker 800 stretch to 900

Test flew my 900 stretch Trekker today, great fun, will keep my hand in on my big scale stuff over the winter lol.

Boom, torque tube and tail control rod extended by 4 inches and Sab 880 blades fitted, total rotor span is 1900mm, flies like its on rails lol

Cheers, I see your going to do a 700 to 800 stretch, do it, I have a 700 size heli also and love it, a Raptor G4 E, but the 800 and 900 size heli's fly awesomely, and te BLADE noise on the 900 is loud lol.
Go for it, you will love it

Nice work
Appears your using Asym SAB blades..
A few suggestions

1) With out knowing your HS, might want to drop down between 1250 - 1400 due to increased blade lift.

2) Be watchful in windy conditions, the SAB ASYM blades tend to react.

3) Keep an eye on your ball links due to added stress.
Might look at installing thicker rods and Quick UK ball links.

Nightflyer, thank you for your recommendations, will try them out and will certainly up the ball link quality.
I did find yesterday that the blades were more prone to ballooning in the turns into wind etc, sure keeps your collective management working hard lol lol.

Yes ,
ASYM blades have a tendency for that....
They are great for high lift capabilities, but do require a watchful eye on collective.

Hahaha, that's what my buddy said when he saw it, I offered him a flight of it but he said he would next time out, it was freezing cold, but he loved the blade noise from it.
Will try 1200 rpm this week if the weather allows.
