Nice job - especially for being such a small area to work with! What type of color and clear did you use?

Thank you I actually did it with spray paint. Krylon super max and rustoleum lacquer for the clear.
If you heavily sand the plastic and use a thicker primer layer to hide the scratch marks these paints actually hold really well to the plastic suprisingly.

Default Canopys

Hi Guys,

Here are a couple that I just finished. The green one is for a Raptor modeled after a WW2 Supermarine Spitfire. The second is for a T-Rex 600E and is modeled after a WW2 bomber.

Enjoy,

Dan

The gears look like a fine Swiss time piece! Wind it up, and let it go!

That is probably the most unique canopy I've ever seen

My wife has been sneaking around my back to get this done! Thanks to all of the freaks that helped her out and pointed her in the right direction (on both the canopy AND the night lights!!!). This canopy captures three of my favorite things... Scuba diving, Flying helis and surfing Helifreak...

Sweet, Id bet there is a community out there that would love the "Frog" theme. Very nice job.

My first attempt. Being a bit color blind (red-green) I re-painted an old canopy with some colors that work better for me.

Used a beat-up canopy, florescent shaker cans, and have a vinyl printer to make stencils for the branding.

I got a lot of tips and inspiration from this thread, so thanks!

My little creation.
I've recently updated it with black letters as they're helping with orientation and full-size KSE landing gear.
