thunder tiger gt5

Hi all.
I bought a thunder tiger gt5 4th feb, and up till now, I have had no luck getting this unit setup
All seems to be doing what it should be doing in setup mode, as in, I can level the swash at mid stick, tho im having trouble keeping the swash level at low stick and high stick, I can set the pitch also, when I come out of setup mode everything goes tits up, cyclic servos keep moving and twitching.
Also, sometimes when I power on the unit, I get a blank screen, or sometimes a screen full of fuzzy lines.
Is it a faulty unit do you think ?

Its normal to move once out of setup mode.

On what heli are you using this GT5, and what power source are you using for the setup?

The last sentence makes me worry a bit, that doesn't seem normal.
