Default +/- P/ i/Smooth Where do I start?

Just started running rewound Pyro 650 (10+9 YY) in Logo 600.
Definitely not as strong as 6+7 P700 but I am not blowing out One Ways either.

I would like to get the Gov holding a little tighter head speed but don't know what gain to increase first. Any tips?

On the PCard II does clicking a setting, say I+ more than once make a change or can you only choose +, - or default. ie 3 choices?

In all my Jive i'm used to set:

-smooth; +P; +I

I'm quite satisfied by this setup; i feel the rpm holding tight enough, from 90 to 150 rpm when PWM stay at 100% for less than a second.

Today i did a little test:

Using my E7 i had a flight setting standarg Jive's governor values, then i set - smooth; +P; +I as i usual do.

Attached the logs of those flights:
the first one (Gens Ace - std settings) gave me an odd sensation, a too loose governor make feel the model "tired", not so reactive and, especially at low rpm, i felt a too big HS drop.

The second flight (Rage - my settings) was much more satisfactory, a better holding of the HS with less drop, about 40 less.
I like more this governor setup, very good HS holding and not too much aggressive about tail correction settings.

Model setup:

Synergy E7 TT
PowerJive 120 - mode 4 - KSA
GMauro 4035-460 6+6x1,4 YY
Mini V-Bar 5.3.4
Savox SC1257TG
Futaba BLS251
Rail 696-116
5000mAh Gens Ace / Rage battery
