I have had this radio since this past summer, and i noticed a few tricks you may not have figured out yet. when you are in the sub trim/end point/DR/EXP menus, when you are adjusting the values, if you push and hold the dial, it will reset the value to default. pretty nice if you want to quickly remove a value. also, on the main screen you can use the cursor button to scroll up through your timers and again push the dial to reset the timer.

Ya a bit late but I second the motion. I have to say thank you Bob for all the GREAT work you do as I have learned a tremendious amount of very very useful info from watching your video's. I have been flying model airplanes on and off for the past 20 years and just started heli's and it was tough finding the right info I needed. I now have a Trex 600esp thanks to watching your video's and looking forward to getting it in the air. One question before I go. I have a T12fgh radio and was wondering if there are any plans on doing a video on that radio? Once again Bob.... thanks for your efforts.

I got this TX too since a couple of months, and I'm really looking forward to seeing more. I already learnt stuff I didn't know about this TX :-)

I was wondering if someone can help me... if you use this TX with a neckstrap, it tilts backwards because the center of gravity is too much aft. Now there's an extension arm that is sold that is put into the center mounting block, and the neck strap is attached to that extension so it balances out nicely. Since they are asking 35$ here for this thing, I was wondering if I could find it cheaper online. However I have no idea what the name of this extension arm is in english, can anyone help me out? Maybe even with a link to a shop that has them?

I have a question, then I switch to 1024PCM and insert the TM-8 in it and switch the power on the TX beeps a lot. Why that?

I haven't tried that yet but it could be because the current model you have set up is expecting a different module. Put int he module, power up, then go into the Parameter menu and change the modulation to your TM8 type.

As an aside (and excuse me if i'm totally wrong), in the Delay menu you state that a setting of 50% would turn a .10s servo into a .20s servo. This would only be possible if the TX knew the speed of the servo and adjusted its output based on that. All it is doing is a slow sweep from current to commanded position at a rate set by the delay % independant of the servo speed

Thats true.... It was said as a generalization to explain what it does. In fact 50% is MUCH slower than .20 anyway! Thanks for the input... I should have said it differently as I hope people don't actually try to make a .10 servo .20
