Default NX4 Icon Gov set up ?

Just checking , I finally feel more comfortable w/my nx4, since my belt stretch has had some successful flights. Hopefully no more mechanical issues/defects. Now I need to set up my gov. Have always flown fixed ep but now w/the nitro need to set up gov. Stock gearing, 120 main and 20 on pinion, correct?

What h/s for iu1 and iu2, and should I keep norm fixed or gov at 0-30-30-30-30?
Not looking for hard core smack, just nice average flight style, moderate h/s

and any other Gov. info I should know, Thank you,

BTW, my radio is Futaba 8fg/s-bus rx.

If you have a 20t pinion, put the ratio to 6.
Sensing Divisor => 1
Speed 1 => If in normal mode you do not use governor, just put whatever number here because it will not be affected.
Speed 2 => 2800 and set your throttle curve 70 70 70 70 70 If you would like to use governor for idle up 1 at this speed
Speed 3 => 3000 and set your throttle curve 100 100 100 100 100 If you would like to use governor for idle up 2 at this speed

but for me, I just use governor on idle up 2 only for smacking and the speed 1 2 3 become selectable from throttle curve. I prefer 100 100 100 100 100 for 3000HS at 18,000rpm max output but it still has a little more power for punching after 18,000rpm to 21,000rpm.

The most important thing on governor is calibration the throttle make sure that the iKon see 0 to 100 on page 4. Also, on governor page use the +/- to calibrate the carburetor, 0 = low, 50 = mid and 100 = high. While you are doing this, make sure you calibrate it at 0 25 50 75 100.

Hope this help
Bat

My parts for belt are on the way to me
