Default Tail power consumption high, tail motor already replaced

I have a Brushless Nano Mild

Everything is direct soldered. the solder joints are solid, power goes from the lipo straight to the esc and from there to the 3in1.

I have brand new oversky 200s with 15 cycles on them.

I want to know if its typical for the tail motor to rob the main motor for so much power.

If i hold the heli and spool the motor and give collective inputs to put load on the motor it does very well for about 2 minutes but after that it really starts to bog. Now if i give FULL right rudder so the tail motor is on high, the bogging gets worse.

If u apply full LEFT rudder tho so the tail motor is off, the main motor doesnt bog at all during collective inputs. Has gobs of power left.

The Tail motor is brand new, i have tried 2 brand new tail motors to rule out a bad motor.

does a brushed tail motor really draw that much current? Can someone else with a burshless main brushed tail run this test for me to confirm?

Yes, my dbl bl nanos do the same. Not at the 2 minute mark but the tail motors draw some current and the headspeed suffers if I hold full right rudder..

Collective management means conserving headspeed and amperage on these little guys.

You are using 200mah lipos and I am using 300mahs. Either way those poor little 1S batteries work very hard.

I wonder if we could power te main esc from a 150 mah 4.1g eflite lipo and gena 2g 100mah lipo to power the tail and 3in1.

My oversky 200s weigh 5.2 grams so it would only be a gram more. But this way the tail motor won't put any draw on the main motor and it may have more oomph
