Yes, I'm the only one that has them.

It looks like I have lots on hand according to the system. If you want to bulk buy some, sent me an email with a quantity and I'll work out a special price for you. That goes for anyone else as well.

Being new to the hobby, I was really fortunate to cross paths with you, Jeff. Helis, parts for helis can easily be replaced, but family is yours forever and should get all the attention they need and deserve. Your actions once again speak volumes of your great values and true class!

It was great to see you this past weekend at the TO fun-fly. Good luck with your future endeavours.

We will miss RC Heli Canada, but hopfully we'll still see a lot of you in the NX4 forum, amongst others.

Best wishes to you and your family!

No Canadian dealer but there are reps/pilots still representing team Compass here in the Greater Toronto Area. It would be great if a Canadian dealer would pick up Compass... It's nice not waiting for parts stuck at customs.

I'd like to find someone to pick it up but nothing yet.
If you fellow Canucks want results suggest it yourselves to our Canadian shops.
Demand creates supply after all.

J, I did an order from ProStar last Friday and it arrived yesterday.
This was Priority Mail Int'l which still isn't the quickest option I had available.

5 working days (1 week) is fast! I will try that option on the next order. One issue I have though is that in my case there appears to get a bigger chance of getting dinged custom duties when I use the faster delivery mail options.

Hopefully if you reps/team pilots showcase both the 6HVU and the Chronos in your respective flying fields, more folks would be convinced to buy Compass and a local shop will support Compass again. I will most likely join the Markham club next year. Was planning to join this summer but was sidetracked by my knee/shoulder injury.

Whether there is local dealer support or none I still intend to fly Compass for the foreseeable future.

Yup one week. Got dinged $23 duty (tax) on a $207 order.
There is option for FedEx and UPS but both of those come with a "brokerage fee"
USPS and CanadaPost have said fee built in to price. I will take one for the team and try FedEx next go.
I refuse to use UPS anymore from bad experience in the past.

That's what happened to me (dinged customs duties) when I rushed the delivery of a Scorpion motor from AMain... was not available locally at the time. I never use UPS and prefer USPS most of the time. With FEDEX I had to pay something (could have been brokerage fees) when I ordered decals and tools from Scorpion in HongKong (China?) but the parts arrived in 3 or 4 days.

If you go the lowest and slowest usps it is probable that the package goes through without an issue. My Helix blades arrived with no duty or taxes.

Best to stay with standard post.

With any courier you will pay all taxes and applicable duty. Canada post levies an $8 processing fee. UPS starts at $30 processing fee or you can clear the package yourself (go to the UPS depot, get the paperwork, run to local customs office, clear the shipment, then go back to the UPS depot and get your package. My wife is really good at this now.) Other couriers have different fees. I avoid them like the plague unless I really need something fast or it is the only shipping method.

Dang guys. I hate stranding you guys like this.

It's breaking my heart reading this thread and seeing you guys trying to figure out where to get parts from.

ProStar and Experience will take very good care of you. Both are owned / managed by fantastic people.
