Default Problems with Mezon 130 and vbar with spektrum

Finishing my new goblin and during the setup i notice some parameters acting strange. When i check the log there is satellite out of sync. and rc input of xxx channel missed error messages all over.

Have been trying different things like rebinding with my Dx18, changing satellites and cables, but the problems only went away as soon as I disconnected the esc from vbar and powered up with a 2s Life battery.

The two signal/power and rpm leads run together through the heli, should not cause any problems?

Don't know to blame the esc (Jeti mezon 130) or the servos (Align bl700/750) for this, or what to do. Seems like the bec makes the system unstable, but it did not get any better when i lowered the voltage from 7.2 to 6.6V.

Any suggestions?

would make sure you don't have the telemetry lead plugged in to vbar. That might be causing issues. Are you using the bec on the esc? If so, what is the output set to? That level, too high or low might be causing issue with vbar. Is it vbar or mini vbar?

Can you attach pic or diagram of wiring?

I do have the telemetry plugged in, but i tried without now and everything seems to work just fine.

Do i need two power inputs from bec? My servos are pretty powerhungry

Does the Mezon 130 have two BEC wires or just one? If it only has one, adding another via a splitter or something won't improve things. If two, definitely use them!

For any BEC test all I do is on the bench power up the electronics and load up the servos by hand (via the head, swash, whatever's easiest), really make them sing. Tail too. Hold them for a good 3 minutes solid. And if the receiver/FBL stay online and happy, your power system is 95% likely to be just fine.

Two bec cables, one with throttle signal and another with telemetry. Know of others who have the same seevo setup and they are fine

I'd probably pull the signal wire (orange) in that case and try again. Then that telemetry lead just becomes a pure power source. Or you could make a splitter that reduces one side to just 2 wires for power, and leave 3 wires for if you want to hook up a Jetibox, etc...

Seems like the telemetry signal was confusing the vbar.
