Yes, that's the goal of a lower tail speed for the Warp, so a higher tail gain can be used

In contrast to what everybody suggest, I'd say run them in series... In parallel you're still at 11.1V, and a 6s battery is 22.2V. In series they will be 22.2V.

Ha, you're right. Series is what you'd want. I always mix those two up!

series is also what I was talking about, not parallel. Thanks for pointing that out

Sorry, you are correct, I did mean able to increase your gain. Because the warp requires very little tail gain at stock tail pinion which creates a ton of mechanical gain. Thanks for the correction, wouldn't wanna give out incorrect info! :p

I'll never run a 3S 450-size heli again.

I havent flown a 6s 450 yet, but my 3s run just fine. 3200rpm governed, and i'm not able to bog the motor. Then again, i'm not a 3D flyer, so maybe my requirements aren't as high

7.5mm tail servo arm = medium tail gain with no problem.

Yeah, I think the 19 tooth tail pulley is better for those running really high headspeeds where the tail is spinning insanely and unnecessarily fast with the 17t.

I guess is depends upon your flying style and what kind of hold or feel you want from your FBL controller and tail. I'm at 7.5mm running Edge 60mm SE blades. With a head speed of 3,100 RPM, I can't go any higher than 25 on my tail gain. My FBL controller prefers a tail gain between 35 and 40, which is just not possible with the 17T pulley and my flying style. I get a small amount of wag if I push the speed in funnels too fast, and I have to limit the speed of tail slides as well. I'm sure this could be remedied In My Case by going to the 19T pulley and raising the gain into the mid-30's. Maybe I'll make it a small winter project. That's one thing about the tail on my heli, its still the original one. Mechanically it hasn't caused me any problems, so I haven't had the need or strong desire to take it apart.

Yep, that too.
