The 550E's 3G unit comes with v2.0 firmware and I guess the 700E would be the same. v2.1 firmware is a definite improvement on v2.0 and is worth the update. In the UK Midland Helicopters stated that they will be updating all kits & 3G units they have in stock to v2.1

I have the 3g v2.1 installed and working well. I am not happy about the Tail. It is definetly not any where as good as my spartan Ds760.
Any help please provide.
I am definelty thinking i will add the Spartan back.

Tail is wagging like my dog. But it is sometimes stops for a few seconds, then starts up again. But all means it is not a quick wag just an annoying one. All this is in Hover, weather conditions not good enough to try it out on forward flight.
