Bad elevator servo on my first and board was cutting in and out with my second. Managed to coble together 1 working bird by using parts from the 2.

Busted the tail boom in the middle from what I think was a blade strike after horrible roll attempt. Replaced with solid piece of carbon fiber, right back in the air. Tough little bird though, this occured after numerous crashes.

Skid brace pic attached. Correction to previous post, it's 0.9mm "gassless" steel welding wire (so it's actually a tube filled with CO2-releasing stuff). The mSR skids have survived straight drops of 6ft or so, onto hard floor, though I don't recommend the test! Weighs 0.22g but saves your skids most of the time. The brace bends and takes a lot of the force, just bend it back.

Yes, my canopy is beaten to crap. I fly it on the street. The canopy doesn't really like asphalt. But everything else works just dandy, despite the scraped up blades from doing inverted blade scrapes on the street.

Couldn't be happier with the crash resilience of this tiny bugger.

^ Seems to me it wags way more with anything but the stock tail length....I tried a bunch of tails and the stocker holds best.

Me too, a cracked canopy was all that happened when I lost it inverted over the street. The sound it made on impact was sickening! Imagine my surprise when the only thing broken was a small crack in the canopy. The gear did slip down on the shaft (mCPX style) but it seems to have a better D-hole and doesn't crack at the hub. I did not replace the slipped glue, thinking it would act like a mechanical fuse if I crashed again (which I did!). This little guy is extremely durable.

Did the same thing to my canopy only it's pretty much toast at this point. Was gonna go with the blue canopy set, but these things are so flimsy, I think I'll drop some coin for a tdr one...other than that, this thing is pretty tough!

I had a bad servo motor ater about 2 flights. I had 2 from an MsrX board. Swap them out and was goof to go. I have trashed the canopy. It is still on but has more cracks than I care to count. I have glued the landing skids several time. I just ordered a set from Rich.

On second canopy, mainly because I like blue better. Original is for 3d practice, scotch taped.

Other than that, nothing except for "msr landing gear squat". Have had no motor problems. Just oiled both motors for second time after 50 flights.

Blade did this one right. Will be selling at least one of my brushless msrx soon, which I said I wouldn't do.

Broken skid (fixed with CA and HS tubing)
Canopy beaten almost beyond recognition (scotch taped)
Upper canopy mount pin (temporarily fixed with CA - doubt it will hold)
Couple nicks on the main blades

I put just a drop or so where the shaft meets the motor body. Turn upside down so it flow into motor

Does it count if IT broke? Or did I have to do the breaking?

Because I have no clue how, but the front loop on my battery tray broke. That was when I had the stock skids on it, have not broken anything since and with my new scale fuselage on it, I hope I DON'T!
