I find it amazing that you essentially crashed twice in one flight. I was expecting the heli to go down after that first blade scrape.

That... was... sweet! Dave hope you had fun in Chile!

Cortez.... buddy, nice flying
I didn't see you fly anything at IRCHA.. now I finally see your style and it is rock'n!
I have not flown lately. Out west for Thanksgiving vaca and now for work travels... and no helis could fit in the vehicle.

Seems like the only way to get better is to eat, sleep & fart helicopters. M.S.T is the secret, no one was telling us. Major, Stick, Time.

"eat, sleep & fart helicopters."

Does not the last item require a gas helicopter?

Thanks Caleb. I've been really enjoying my 6HV lately. I hope you had a nice vacation & Thanksgiving. I can't wait until 2011 so I can join my compass family @ some hot events.

I was there and was amazing.

More amazing was his "double blade stop with the sun on my eyes" and with a FBL heli

I was looking at your servos and it kinda looks like you mounted your servos from the inside . Is this so?

Only the elevator servo. I used CF plates from my old T-Rex 600N instead of the metal washers that come in the kit for clamping the servos to the frame, so it just gives the illusion that they're all mounted from the inside. I was quite pleased with the look when I got done.

It looks good. I thought you mounted your servos that way to get your rods parallel . Some set-ups have a small kick on the rods coming down to the servo.
