Back ordered items

I ordered a Castle Creations edge 100amp esc from you guys. When I ordered it showed it was in stock and I paid for next day shipping. The next day I found out it was not in stock and it would be back ordered and shipped out once it came back into stock. Ok, mistakes happen so I waited till it came back into stock. Well, it has been back in stock for 8 days now. You guys won't ship the item to me. I've submitted 3 tickets so far and 1 phone call to find out when your going to get it to me. All I keep hearing is that it's processing and waiting for a label and they'll have shipping look into it. Nothing yet. Sorry guys and pardon my language. But this is piss poor service and their is no excuse for me to have to wait this long. To put it simply, I'm pissed and want to know what's going on here. If my company that I work for did this to one of our customers someone would be out the door. And when you guys decide to finally ship it out you could and should at least send it next day delivery.
