Does the Hirobo ESC have a governor function
Hi.
I am waiting for my new Emblas to show up on the post office. Trying to figure out what electronics i should buy. I have the Futaba 8fg. A also have an spare R6106hf receiver. I was thinking about using v bar. Mini or silverline. Should i get a S-bus receiver? Or will the R6106 be fine? Can i use the stock ESC governor, or should i use the governor in the v bar? I am new to both electric and FBL systems... Thank you. |

Hi!
Lucky you to have more than one Embla! The S-bus allows you to reduce the number of wires hanging around so it is an advantage, but only if your fbl controller is made for it. I don't know anything about the esc, sorry. I would think it would be ok for a start, but anyway I read that it is not suited for hard 3D, so if you are planning that, then I guess you'll need an upgrade ;-) You might find more info on the german site TMRF http://www.hirobo-online.de/ Be sure to get the best cyclic servos you can since they really have to work hard with the FBL. I use Savox's on my little fbl helis. Let us know how it works out - I'd love an Embla! Ciao, Bob |

Hi.
The price for a kit on sale in the us makes it a better option than to buy spares in Norway So i ordered 3.... I will probably use savox servos aswell. I hope that the 450 will give me a better learning curve than my SDX. I will let you guys know how everything works out. Thank you |
