Sorry bout the whining guys. I had one of those Snickers moments. I bit#$%! like Rosanne Bar ate a Snickers and now I'm back to myself. Well I can def. say this for sure about the power. If I hold onto it and put the throttle at 3/4+ , the Rpm is not fluctuating like it did.

I did solder the micro deans connectors directly to all the battery leads and as far as I can tell... it worked. The reason I say as far as I can tell is that now the tail is all over the place. It will slightly wag to jumping from 6 oclock to 9 oclock. which side is out on a Plantraco prop shiny or flat? I know this is prob. a vibration issue but the weird thing is that the heli has not increased in power compared to before just more consistent power now, so why is this all of a sudden happening when it was pretty solid before? This is a new BL setup I am confused . Remind me why I went BL? I have enough heli projects wasn't wanting another one.
Point the tail so that the wind from it is blowing in your face. You should be looking at the shiny surface of the prop.

That's the way I have it. Thanks. The other one split so when this started up I thought I may have it backwards.

Going back to gear mesh..You need to check gear mesh all the way around the gear. You could have a tight spot in the mesh. There should be some lash between the gears at any point on the main...Just a thought.A proper relaxed fit between the gears make a big difference in flight time and performance..

I will check gear mesh better. The LVC is set to 3.2v. He said he has done it on a few others like that and they work fine.

After doing necessary repairs ie. changing out gear and main shaft and being able to actually fly this BE ATCH. I can say without a shadow of doubt that the spuratic issues I was having were from the adaptors I made (the jst to micro deans) apparently this was enough to prevent the Spin or esc from getting proper power. Now she can be put through her paces and it doesn't flinch and I get normal times now! Yippeee!!! Damn I feel like the MCPX Whisperer now. Thanks for the input everyone it helped me narrow down the problem and now I'm flying.

Jst connectors may not be ideal but they will work. I've seen a couple guys using deans crammed in jst's and they work.
Nothing but crickets.

Walking away with head down. I would have lost that bet.
This is a big what if, but what if the bottle neck in the connector was pulling the vottage down putting the esc into LVC. I say we recreate the bottle neck and lower the LVC and see what happens.
Grasping at straws here. Lol

I'm never wrong... well... at least not until my wife has something to say about it! Ok damn it, I'm always wrong too. Even on the common sense things only a man could know.
