Sounds stupid.. but this is important, as I won't by a heli that won't fit my car! Any chance anyone with one can test?

Can you just not get the length measurements from the 800 spec sheet and measure against your car??

What the heck is a Tiburon anyway??.....

Only if you fold one of the seats down.

Tiburon is a Hyundai car (called also Tuscani, CoupeFX, ...).

Thanks Mike, so a 800 is not for me, have to change car first...

Measuring doesn't work that well as it all depends of exact shapes etc.

Thats a shame......you would love the 800 but if it don't fit, then you're right, what's the point

Although, you'd be hard pressed to get an 800 into any car, even estates, without folding the rear seat down. I've got one of these http://www.autoguide.com/gallery/gal...ed-13.JPG.html and still have to put the tail through the small second row seat gap.

Anyone at your flying field have a large heli you can 'test' with? Then you'd know for sure.

It would fit no problem with a seat folded down. Here's a pic of my GTI making full use of its cargo space! 74" Slick and my 600 Pro.

Yes, with a seat folded down it would indeed fit no problem... the problem in that case is where to fit the kids (and all the toys they bring when they come with me to the field)?

In fact I'm pretty sure it would have fitted in my 1990 Toyota Celica back... I had the plastic covers taken off in the back to gain room and it was really large.

.
No worries if you get one of these. You can haul your whole fleet, the toys and the whole family, including grandma, in stylish luxury. Only negative is, it's a little hard on fuel mileage....

Well.... things not going to get better ! The Tib has blown the radiator and I'm looking into a GT80 (with what seems to be a slightly smaller trunk).... I guess no one has tried getting the 800 in a GT80/BRZ ?
