Naza H Build Thread - Set up explained

I've decided to reset the gps unit from pointing straight down the boom and put the magnetic offset angle in it. I Found this on the NAZA site that explains it. Just need to google Magnetic Declination for where you live.

In regards to the fail safe part of the setup: Is there a recommended throttle percentage to set the transmitter at so if the transmitter loses power, the Naza-H will hopefully hover the heli. I don't see any mention of this in the quick start guide, or the videos that DJI has posted.

The way I have my DX8 set up now, is if I shut off the power to the transmitter, the Naza-H goes into fail safe like its supposed to, but how do you check or know what the pitch of the blades will be if such an event should occur? Does (or should) the Naza-H "hold" the last pitch value in the event of a fail safe operation?

I used to have same tail shaking no matter what gain I enter.. I found the problem in fine vibration from bearing.

IMO.
Your imu position is right above source. Change the bearing or move imu.

Now, my problem is tail sliding itself, on the ground and on air, at any mode.

Servo s9254 at 270hz. Any idea?

Please explain "tail sliding".

after system initializing, tail slider slides slowly to the right.

just like if you give rudder trim. It only happened in HH mode.

Problem solved.. no more tail sliding, after upgrading to 1.04
