Default Warp ESC

Anyone know if the CC Phoenix edge 50 will fit inside the esc tray of a Warp 360, or should I get the ice Edge lite? I understand these helis are tail heavy, so I figure the edge 50 is the better choice? I can't find a dims page of the radio and esc tray to see if they will fit

thanks

No it does not fit inside the frame without modifying it. I also tried fitting it without the green plastic on it, but it was still a little too tight between the frames. (A little disapointing since i managed to put it under the battery tray of my 450pro)

The talon 35 from Cc would be a better choice, as it has a better BEC. Unless you want the logging feature of the Edge?

Someone here managed to get an ICE 50 to fit under the tray without modding it. I can't remember who it was.

nice solution there. I will look into that as I will be using the AR7200bx. Hopefully I can access the button and dials with the ar mounted that way.

i think if you take the ice 50 out of the plastic case it fits in there if you play with it enough,

at least i am pretty sure i was able to finagle it in there, than i tried to find room to add a external bec and there was no good place to put it, i ended up getting a YGE 90 LV and it fits perfect but its total over kill and a expensive esc for a 450 i have the same esc on my x5

A little unnecessary to get the large version and make it smaller, instead of getting the already shrinkwrapped small version.

I have a phoenix edge lite 100 in my ESC tray. Fits "just right". I'll be downsizing soon as the new motor isn't pulling as much amperage as thought

I have an ICE 50 mounted on top of the tray, like in the photograph above.

I am putting together a second Warp and will do the same.

The FBL unit on the first ship is an AR7200BX, mounted on its side.

The second ship will have a Robird mounted the same way.

I have my edge 50 inside the frame. I just cut the ears off of it and tipped it sideways in the frame and it works great. It makes the setup nice and clean.
