Default RC Lab

Hi folks,

just wanted to share my latest project with you. RC Lab, a universal tool that can be used to generate and/or measure RC signals. It can be used as a standalone box for lab purposes, or assembled as a small mobile piece that goes into your helicopter and that can monitor live data while you fly. It supports Bluetooth access from your smart phone. The next version is supposed to provice min/max values as well that you can then retrieve after landing (currently 1 channel only, 4 channels in development).

At the moment, it is still a private project (well you can have a kit if you want), and I would like to gather feedback if it is useful (and if we should continue development) or not.

More information, including a User Guide and a Construction Guide, can be found on

Regards,
Gernot

That looks a very nice project - beautifully documented too

As we keep the discussion threads free from commerce, if you offer a kit, please start a new thread in Manufacters, Dealers, Resellers Forum.

OK, thanks. It is open hardware, see the schematics at the end of the Construction Guide. The firmware you can get from me for free if you decide to build one with your own parts ;-)
