Default What are good replacement servos?

Got a jittery aileron servo. Cleaned it out with contact cleaner and finished it off with some DeOxit F5 fader lube and it's acting fine...for now... The time will come for these Spektrum H6040 servos to be replaced. What are people liking for replacement servos on the 550X that are very similar to the stock combo kit 6040s? Thanks!

Nice looking servo. I also like the Spektrum H6205 with the removable cables. More expensive, but getting the servos in/out of the frame easily else is nice and the leads are already sheathed. My H6040s are a tight fit and I have to squeeze/smash the rubber grommet on the case to get them in, which I don't like. I'm looking at new servos since I had an "angry" one that started buzzing more than normal. I pulled it and hosed the motor and pot down with contact cleaner (came out black at first) and then used some Deoxit F5 fader lube. Cleaned and re-greased the gears, too. It's like a new servo now, but I wonder how long that fix will last. I went ahead and did the other two cyclic servos since I figured they weren't far behind.

That was smart!!! DeOxit is great stuff... I like the idea of the wires being removable on the servos, but that is just another joint that can come undone or fail which makes me nervous.....

They're in use by other large name brand companies like Futaba and JR, so they must be reliable. They're not exactly new, either. Those servos were in the stock 700X combo kit and I don't recall any problems with them. From what I've read, the plugs lock into the servo case pretty securely.
