Need some good starting points for Trex 250 Pro DFC
I'm looking for some good starting values for a trex 250. I'm using a SK540. I'm running the same FBL unit on 4 of my other helis but when I tried to fly it, it didn't even make it of the skids before it flipped on its side. I've never had something like this happen but it is a 250 and I've never been happy with it. I'm gonna sell it if it doesn't fly good. I had a BeastX on it before and thought putting the skookum on it would really make it fly good. If someone has some good setups I'd really appreciate a glance at them.

I put one in my 250 pro dfc.
I did no tweaking at all. I just used the default settings and clicked the box on the tail tab where it said small heli. If you can show some pictures of the install that would be great. Any vibe issues? How is it mounted and where. What other parts are installed? I fly mine through the winter indoors and it probably has more flights than any other heli in my fleet...
