They do come with gorilla gear skids, the same as for the 450 pro, they are even named 450pro on the MSH website.

Oh yeah, I thought they were all gorilla gear

I admit the gorila gear are really tough (I have yet to break any, though I'd like the black ones to break so I have an excuse to buy some colored ones ), and flexes nicely when needed which absorbs some impact force.
Not sure about the align ones as I've never had them.

they do bend but they can stay bent too. had a set with the pipes on my x3 I had two crashes and they were bent where the are past the frame so they might as well be broken as they sagged so much. so there is good and bad with unbreakable skids.

It's easy to bend them back. Just throw them in hot water for a bit, stir and cook until done

Definitely not a drop in. The servo configuration on the Forza is the opposite of the Mini Protos with the elevator servo in the back. So there's nowhere to put an anti-rotation bracket on the JR swash. So I fabricated an aluminum bracket and have the elevator pushrod in the front running up through a slot. I've only had time for a couple quick flights on it, one to track the blades which is more complicated and then the front belt pulley failed. So now I am waiting for parts to get it back in the air. So far, smooth and cool sounding but nothing to report regarding flight performance.

The JR blades are 325mm blades, very narrow (25mm) chord and thin airfoil.

Woo! Unboxed my Mini P tonight. Can't wait for the electronics to start coming in so I can build it up.

First step, pull off all the Fususno stuff. Have a canopy, orange frames and fins, black skids and the whole flybarless setup to sell off. Hopefully I can use that to fund stock frames and canopy, and the yellow gorilla gear.

If any of you guys want this stuff, let me know! Since this is a picture thread:

Looks good (personally I am crazy for the original cano though, still). How does it fit the bigger-ish batteries? Have you flown the pitch lever yet? Big difference for me once I got it installed properly.

My under the tree video is with the the new bell crank!

[ame]http://youtu.be/Vod4LzbnoCA[/ame]

I do like the stock canopy, but mine has suffered some damage, I continued to use it, but today the left side grommet finally broke off the little bit of fiberglass that was left holding it...

I would be lucky if I could turn around in that space. to me it is work flying in a 100' space. I need bright colors I fly when it is gloomy too much and even bright colors can be dark.
