Default Optimum head speed and pitch for 690sx
Hi,

So I'm aware of the not more than 11 degrees of pitch and 2000 rpm decree.

I currently have mine at 10.5 and fly 1675, 1800 and 2000 headspeeds. I find on 5000 45C gens ace packs that in this configuration the 690sx performance is very sluggish. Climb out is slow and in big loops I'm on the stops of my collective to really get it to move.

Has anyone found a sweet spot?

So,

I've bumped it up to 11.7 degrees pitch. And at all head speeds it's lovely now.

This is not a recommendation, but I set my limits at 12.5 degrees and found it very poppy at anywhere from 1850 to 2100 RPM. That was with quite heavy 5500mAh packs.
