Default cx3x-1000

ive got cx3x1000 on a 450..i just stripped it to replace the mainshaft bearings..and i was moving the swash around with the transmitter sticks when i noticed everything works in the direction it should and gyro moves as it should ..but if i keep moving it for say 10-20 seconds .. the swash seems to jump a bit like it hicccups, ive had the servos running on a tester and they look smooth and ok ..ive taken the cx3x out wired it with just the receiver and it doesnt do it at all ..is this broken cx3x or is there a setting ive overlooked?

Those are classic symptoms that your BEC can't handle the load of all the servos moving at the same time and the voltage drops below ~4.5V, which causes the 3x1000 to brown out. Standard Rx's usually operate down to 3V, so you won't notice the voltage drops. You need a beefier BEC to fly that machine safely.
