My friend uses the Turnigy 6s 3000mah 20c. He only hovers and does figure 8s. His packs bloated on the 5th cycle onwards. My Turnigy 6s 2650 30c started bloating around 20cycles and Im doing 3D.

Juice!!?? dont know if you are aware but the lipo cells are dry, there is no juice to leak through, further more wouldnt worry about the shrink rap wearing through by the time that happens the pack will be long gone anyway.

The pack quickly puffed and had to be scrapped. I wrap the top end of my packs with electrical tape now. |

All my turnigys have finally died. All made it past 90 cycles with the last of them dying at cycle 118. Well done turnigys.....may you rest in peace.

Some batts of the sam MAH rating have a higher c rating, so that would be why they would be more expensive. For example, a 2500mah 15c battery would cost less than a 2500mah 50c battery. The other possiblility is just different manufacturers/models. If you're talking about the same manufacturer though, look at the c rating, that's probably why.
