swiching nav lights with 14mz

Putting some nav lights on my scale ship........switchable from the radio.
which is the preferred/efficient way to achieve this.

Sorry.......should have said, how do you assign the switch (physical switch on the radio) to the channel you are going to control the lights with.....I assume that you do that in "Function" . But do you then need to make adjustments in AFR/ATV.
