Trex Tuning crashed theirs due to a power issue. Before that, Andy crashed. Before him, I'm sure there were a few crashes during development.

Yeah, I had heard about some of those. I guess i should have been more specific- to those of us who are just now getting the first batch.

Well, if I can't get my hands on a kit anytime soon, at least I can order a few spare parts for when I do crash! Just placed an order with Readyheli for what spares they had in stock.

Also my 5245's came in to LHS yesterday!

Now back to impatiently waiting...

Whoever he is, he must not crash his Trex 500 and damage his Vbar system before he gets his flybarless head installed and fully tested!:twisted:

Seeing the picture in the other thread, possibly. It depends on how hard he crashes.

How many people has you seen break the anti rotation bracket on a 450?

Oh well..at least the parts are coming out now, so they can be purchased to have at hand for such events...lol That's why I asked about wood blades. lol

I busted mine and then the head spun around and trashed all the linkages. Total head rebuild.
