Default X700 bird motor / esc choices I got to pic from

Hi Guys,
Ok I got a X700 bird coming (frame) sounds like using my x800 system is not a good idea.

I am not very good at understanding these combo? I got the following MOTORS and ESC can you help me pic best and why? I am looking for hot no bog setup. Right now I can go 12s or 14s your call. I am willing to maybe not pic the hottest setup if efficiently and cooler is the results. And thanks a bunch for sharing your setups.

MOTORS
Scorpion 4525-520 LE.
4035-560.
". 4035-500.
KDE 700XF 495

ESC
Jive 80 HV
PowerJIve 120 HV
YGE 160 Xtreme edition 14s

Ok all those motors kv are too high ideally for 14 s as you will not be able to run max efficiency. 700 is a heavy bird so you want to stay light. The 4525 and yge 160 or pjive will work although i would opt for yge with vbar gov since pj doesnt have bailout.
4035 is much weaker than 4525 and kde is overweight and not nearly as high tech as 4525
Look at how Kyle flies with the 4525, its a good motor except off course if you want to go 14 s, then 4530 scorp is the best choice with the esc's mentioned. Pyro motors are very good but wont work with yge on 14 s
