Bad weather is one reason I stick with mostly smaller coax indoor helis. I have a decent amount of room but not for say my CX3 which really does need a big area or outside to fly it how it should be flown. I have one small fixed pitch single rotor heli that has dual fly rates and the faster of the two is way too fast for indoors. Even the slower rate is pushing it. I fly more towards accurate style of flying than just "winging" it all over the place. These little coax's are just perfect for this.

I like that white clean look. I'm getting ready to paint the MIA body I got here in a day or 2 and I'll post a couple of pics when I get it done. It's not going to be anything too fancy. I thought about painting it to look like my motorcycle but decided to just go with a basic black and white version.
I need to get a set of the white blades though.
I like that canopy Pfloyd, can you point me to the download of that version ?

I like that one too. I like a lot of the printed one's. i was thinking about buying a couple of the white OEM canopies and paint them until I found out about these. When i want a new look, I just print out a new one..........too bad you can't do that for the family car.....lol
I know a lot of people are not happy with the MIA canopies and skids, but I have had good luck with mine so far and I kinda like the looks of it. I painted the canopy and the tail that comes with it black n white. I'll have to upload some pics as soon as i can, it's nothing fancy.
I also just made a new canopy for the 120 from the plastic container that the new canopies for the 120 comes in today. I glued the 2 half's together and primed & painted it Blue pearl. Turned out pretty good for something I'm going to crash and tear up....lol

VERY nice Floyd!

Do you have a link to these patterns?

I am getting ready to build myself a Microheli MCX consisting of their aluminum frame, MCX2 swash, collar, lower rotor head and top bearing. Basically every single Microheli part available for the MCX.

I've got a spare MCX 5 n 1, so I am going to use that as the brains but make everything else MCX2 parts including MCX2 blades, and including MCX2 motors. I may eventually swap in an MCX2 5 n1 if I decide to light it up with the LEDs.
